These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the IBMC TradeFlow portal, including complimentary registration, portal listing, document uploads, company profile visibility, trade facilitation support, and related services.
The portal is intended for startups, MSMEs, SMEs, corporates, multinational companies, investors, traders, and business entities seeking international visibility, trade facilitation, networking, or related advisory support. Users must provide accurate registration and company information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. IBMC TradeFlow may verify mobile numbers, email addresses, company information, and uploaded documents.
Complimentary registration enables companies to create a basic profile and become part of the IBMC TradeFlow ecosystem. Complimentary registration does not guarantee portal listing approval, trade matching, investor access, transaction execution, or commercial success.
Companies may apply for portal listing by submitting required details, documents, and applicable fees. Company details may become publicly visible only after payment completion and admin approval. IBMC TradeFlow reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or request additional information for any listing.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of company profiles, product information, documents, brochures, trade orders, and other uploaded content. Users must not upload false, misleading, confidential third-party, infringing, or unlawful material.
The portal may support introductions, trade matching, order indication, documentation collection, and strategic facilitation. IBMC TradeFlow does not act as a guarantor of buyer, seller, investor, bank, or counterparty performance unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Subscription fees, listing fees, and other charges are shown on the Fee Payment page or in written communication. Taxes, bank charges, currency conversion costs, or payment gateway charges may apply depending on the transaction and payment method.
Access to certain modules, downloads, trade order upload, and detailed company information may be restricted to approved users, listed companies, or admin-authorised accounts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBMC TradeFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from portal use, failed transactions, third-party actions, or user-submitted information.
IBMC TradeFlow may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
